The top management of TUALCOM Elektronik A.Ş. has established this Information Security Policy to ensure that it aligns with the responsibilities arising from the services provided by our organization, complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and includes a commitment to the continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). This policy also provides a framework for establishing and reviewing information security objectives.
The top management of TUALCOM Elektronik A.Ş. ensures that this Information Security Policy is communicated, understood, and reviewed during management review meetings to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
As the management of TUALCOM Elektronik A.Ş., we are committed to fulfilling the requirements related to the research, design, development, and production of communication systems, broadband and high-frequency RF systems, navigation and microwave systems, radar systems, and electronic warfare systems for aerospace and commercial platforms and applications.
Our Information Security Policy
- We will continue our activities within the scope and boundaries of information security to meet the expectations of our customers and the organizations/institutions to which we provide services under contractual agreements, while continuously improving our service capabilities.
- We acknowledge that all personal, confidential, commercial, and proprietary information processed within the information technology systems through which we provide services is the private information of our customers and the organizations/institutions we serve. We will ensure that such information cannot be obtained, accessed, disclosed, or used by any person, organization, or third party without the customer's knowledge and approval, while preserving the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.
- We are committed to complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and to fulfilling contractual obligations, while taking into account the obligations and dependencies of third parties.
TUALCOM Elektronik A.Ş. declares that it will demonstrate compliance with the above Information Security Policy by implementing the following:
- Information security objectives will be established, planned, and monitored.
- Risk analyses will be conducted, and risk management will be implemented based on the results of risk assessments.
- The necessary activities will be organized and managed to establish risk acceptance criteria and acceptable risk levels.
- The importance of achieving information security objectives, complying with information security policies, fulfilling legal responsibilities, and ensuring continual improvement will be communicated and maintained.
- Adequate resources (including financial resources, human resources, equipment, software, consultancy, training, etc.) will be provided to establish, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continually improve the Information Security Management System.
