a) Data Controller

As TUALCOM ELEKTRONİK A.Ş., we process your personal data in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and other relevant legislation.

b) The Purpose for Which the Personal Data will be Processed and the Legal Reasons

Your personal data is processed by us within the scope of the following purposes:

• Execution of Goods / Services Sales Processes
• Execution of Goods / Services Production and Operation Processes
• Execution of Contract Processes
• Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes
• Execution of Activities for Customer Satisfaction
• Execution of Activities in Compliance with the Legislation
• Execution of Financial and Accounting Affairs
• Execution of Goods / Services After-Sales Support Services
• Execution of Logistics Activities
• Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations

In this context, your personal data is processed based on the following legal reasons;

• It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• It is necessary to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the related person
• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
• It is clearly envisaged by laws

c) Collection Method of Personal Data

In order to fulfill the above purposes, your personal data; is collected by automatic and non-automatic means.

d) To Whom and For Which Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data; is transferred to buyer groups of domestic suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, natural persons or private law legal entities for the purposes of execution of the financial and accounting affairs, execution of the activity in accordance with the legislation, and execution of the sales processes of goods / services.

e) Your Rights Under Article 11 of PDPL

Within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL, you have rights as a data owner, and you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Related Person Application Form, in accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the PDPL and Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of the Application to Data Controller,

• Via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address as: tualcom@hs06.kep.tr,
• Through a notary public in writing or by registered letter with return receipt, in order to be able to identify your identity and not to give information to wrong persons,
• By sending an electronic mail to the address kvkk@tualcom.com.tr using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or (if any) the e-mail address already notified to our Company and registered in our systems.

f) Retention Period of Personal Data

The company deletes, destroys, disposes or anonymizes personal data when the purpose of processing personal data disappeared and the mandatory storage periods determined within the scope of laws and other relevant legislation expired.

g) Amendments and Updates

This clarification text has been prepared within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. Necessary changes can be made in the mentioned clarification text in line with the amendments that will occur in the relevant legal legislation and/or in the personal data processing purposes and policies of the Company.
